about
This execution of ‘The Murderer’ was harvested from a 44 minutes recording made in cicada-ridden July 2022 in uptown Avola with @deusexmachina and @renoirs before geographic or imaginary distances tore us apart.
I made a list of the happiest days of my life, and among them is the day where this recording took place.
If you feel the tempo slowing down, that’s certainly not a mistake: the heat was melting sound like the sun melts a hazelnut ice cream.
This is a song for the victim of all degrees of murder falling under Liminal Criminal Law — including our death in the life of the Others
— committed by many a murderer: be it a mother, a soldier, a lover, or some dude who is afraid of going bald.
A limited edition of 5 ENDLESS LOOP CASSETTES is being issued and manually pressed by MUSICHETTE Records
[each cassette comes with a multi panel J-card resembling an autopsy report that has been typewritten on 49g paper; the clear case was stained with blood colored lacquer]
Don’t you see you’re a murderer?
you wake up, boil some tea, pour the water in the cup
but routine doesn’t change the fact you’re a murderer
Don’t you see you’re a murderer?
Each of your words and thoughts had teeth
biting til I had nothing left to bleed
You’re a murderer, you’re a murderer
Slice the beetroot up fill your hands with its purple blood, it feels natural
Your God got your hand bones broken that January day
because he knew yours were and always will be the hands of a murderer
You sunk your teeth into a fruit that was not meant for you
But given an audience you'd rather not eat
You'd rather frown than uncover your grin
You never expose them, not even to speak
For them are the teeth of a murderer
Yours are the eyes of a murderer
Yours are the lips of a murderer
You water your cactuses too much
I saw you once just before i died
I was driving and simultaneously under the tires
You had good eyes, as I was such a good prey
these days i ride in the city with nothing left inside, ride as an empty body rotting in the sun
and when I glimpse in the window panes the reflection of a body misturned
I inherited from you, a murderer
My hair are falling out as yours before you shove them off
My eyelids are sagging, my muscles are pounding
Since I got your sting all my flesh emulates you
A body horror movie from a cathode ray tv that never turns off
The body decays but the mind never dies
you may escape from the passerby's eyes but the mirror never lies
you must always keep in mind you’re a murderer, you’re a murderer
No good deed will ever change the fact you’re a murderer
doesn’t matter if you vow to consume no meat!
A murderer, a murderer.

Suspiria’s death screams and Blake Rose’s moans harvested from ‘‘the internet’’
one day I was bored so I founded this label to share mostly stupid bits of sounds made by me and possibly some
friends.
fellow bands & artists have been very generous donating a lot of stuff, so now this seems to be a semi-serious label, but still devoted to amateur music.
This singles compilation is as close as we'll get to a new Marked Men album, packed full of their frantic, hooky power pop. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 28, 2018
